Health & Social Care Workforce
People served by Medicaid, including those with complex needs, often navigate an array of health and social services. Interdisciplinary teams can use clinical and non-clinical roles — including community health workers, peer navigators, and community paramedics — to deliver more effective, whole-person care that improves health outcomes. CHCS is promoting opportunities to support a diverse workforce for people served by Medicaid.
